PHEONIX WOOD SHUTTERS 

Phoenix wood shutters are made from the phoenix tree (Firmiana Simplex) which is classed as a hardwood.

Phoenix wood is a medium density hardwood that is nearly as light as cedar but is much harder and more damage resistant.

Phoenix wood blinds, being tough, have a good resistance to cracking and paint shrinkage. The finish is a single pack U.V stabilised single pack lacquer. A large variety of colours and stains are available in the phoenixwood to suit any home decor.

Installation Methods include Bi-fold, Sliding and T-post method. A wide range of framing options are available and special panel shapes can be supplied.

A large selection of colours are available in the range and special painted colours from the DULUX specifier 2 range are available for an extra cost. Remote controls for operating the slats are available.
